About
As a psychotherapist with over thirty years experience, my approach is both pragmatic and caring. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practice to create problem solving tailored to you. You will find a thoughtful and thought provoking space for the conversation that is the basis of change. Our work will give you a sense of agency as well as a deeper understanding of who you are.
